What is included in each experience?
We offer vouchers at different values to suit the needs of different customers. The lucky recipient can use the voucher to purchase
whatever they want from the menu at one of our recommended restaurants up to the value specified! The stylish gift pack, personalised greetings card and elegant gift voucher are all included as standard.
How flexible are the vouchers?
As flexible as we can make them! Don't worry if the recipient doesn't like the restaurant that you think is best for them - they can change to a different restaurant when they redeem their voucher. They can also use their voucher on multiple visits, so if they want to use it for two smaller meals rather than one huge feast they can.
What if the person I'm buying for doesn't drink?
We know that not everyone likes to drink alcohol with their meal or may just wish to have one glass. That's why we offer experience vouchers that can be used for anything!
How do I know how much to spend?
For each restaurant that we recommend as the perfect venue to enjoy a special meal, we have built a profile with a short guide. This includes approximate prices and how much it costs on average for a meal. All costs are included in the retail price of each experience.
Surely there must be charges on top?
We're not like most companies, where there are extra charges on top for anything from handling to card fees to delivery, etc. etc! All our costs are included in the price per head, including the fabulous gift pack. The
only extra charge ever is for overseas delivery, which is charged at its cost to us.
How quick is delivery?
We guarantee to process your order on the same day as it is ordered (within normal office hours) and to send it out within 24
hours. Delivery is by First Class Royal Mail so it should take 1-2 days to reach you. If you're really in a hurry, we offer a same day e-voucher service.
What if I make a mistake?
If you realise at any time that you have made a mistake when ordering, don't panic! We can exchange or refund your purchase subject to our standard

What if something goes wrong?
We train our team well to avoid mistakes with your gift packs and carefully select our recommended restaurants to ensure that all experiences are smooth and memorable. In the unlikely event that you experience any problems, just give us a call or send us an email and we'll do our best to sort things out.
What areas do you cover?
Currently Dinner's On Me™ covers London and Hertfordshire. The service is expanding quickly to cover the whole of the UK as quickly as possible - watch this space!
